I think it was about a year ago when my 2006 525i had an electrical problem with the instrument panel. The tachometer and speedometer needles flipped around erratically and the panel would go completely blank. The mechanic recommended a particular repair, which I authorized. When I got the car back, it had not been fixed. I took the car back, and received an email where the mechanic said, "Let's start with . . . .." I called the service rep and asked him to have the codes checked and find out what actually needed to be done.... read more

Audi of Charlottesville performed the 35k service on our Q5. Service manager kept us up to date with texts and car was serviced, washed and ready as promised. Purchased car at this dealership and they always have delivered excellent service.

Having a major problem with trying to have cooperation between Flow Toyota in Statesville NC and the ********* ****** finance company. I have not been able to get any satisfaction from either. I leased another new Toyota Corolla.. and turned in my old one. Unfortunately, I paid early the lease payment on the old one. Now I cannot get any satisfaction to receive back the $249 payment. We have corrected this concern last week. His check cleared the bank on 03/05/20. We got the payoff on 02/08/20. The payoff was correct. We did pay $40 extra dollars that he will get back. We also set up a $100.00 credit in service for his inconvenience. We have spoken to Mr. ****to address and resolve his concerns and he is fine with this.

Flow VW Winston Salem Today’s is a joyous day as I have finally sold the most disappointing car i have ever owned. I am 62 so the number of cars is 20 plus . The service and creditability at the dealership would upset anyone who bought a car here. Everything from inexperienced techs to managers who take no ownership in making things right when things go terribly wrong. Been trying for several days to get a quote on a specific truck they have in inventory. I specifically requested that the out the door quote be email to me as I frequently travel around the country and don't have time nor the inclination to yammer on the phone playing the sales game. I have yet to receive such quote, but I have received numerous phone calls, a text message asking if they could text me, and a couple of emails beating around the bush but not providing me the quote. One star is too much. Do not order parts from FLOW or GMPARTSDIRECT.COM They do not respond to customer inquiries regarding late or delayed shipments and in fact probably make most of their profit from charging ridiculous restocking fees of 30% for parts that in some cases have not even shipped yet. They do not respond to email or 'tickets' on the order desk. Even though they admit they did not respond to cancellation requests, they still ship even as they are discussing with you that you no longer need the parts, and have g... read more

A waste of time. There is no response, no phones get answered, no emails get answered and filling out the service tickets is useless....in short, there is no customer service, at all. I waited over 30 days and received no response from this business on a large parts order and did not get any response after multiple emails, phone calls, and voice mails. if you have a pending order, I would recommend cancelling immediately. If you have another choice, shop elsewhere. I would give give them a zero stars rating, but this system ... read more

Do not order from GMPartsDirect! (ran by Flow Automotive). Terrible/confusing policies and absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a few parts for my Corvette, after waiting 2 weeks and not having the items even shipped, I emailed to cancel the order. They charged me a 35% restocking fee (about $60) on the parts that they never even shipped to me! I asked politely and argued my point that the wait time has been ridiculous and that it was my reasoning for cancelling. They absolutely would not budge.
