The salesmen at this place are outstanding. On the other hand you are only as strong as your weakest link. For this establishment the weakest link in the sales department has to be Chris J****. He is rude, arrogant and has no business in the position he has aquired somehow. If I had no other place to buy a vehicle but here I would walk.

Business response:

Hello, my name is Ryan R*****, and I'm the general manager here at Flow Honda of Burlington. I take your comments very seriously and would like to apologize for the interaction that occurred. That experience does not reflect our overall standards of striving to provide an exceptional customer experience. I would like to speak with you about this further. We have reached out to you and left a message. Please give us a call when you can. Sincerely, Ryan R*****, General Manager.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and when I paid one off, I returned to purchase another. The negotiations went back and forth for days before coming to an agreement regarding my trade. Needless to say a month later I was told to return my new vehicle and get my car that I traded in back. they said that they messed up in the sales process and that if I did not return the car it would be towed. Leadership did not care to fix this issue, no one took ownership, Sales dept. messed up in the sales process and I ju... read more

My part was on "backorder" for over a month. I called them 6-7 times in regards to my order. It is THEM who have to update me with the status. After wasting my time talking to them, of course the order was shipped WITHOUT the order that was "previously on backorder but now in stock." Two of the three packages arrived on separate days. The tracking number provided to me in the email was only for one package. When the arrived I filmed the packages because I knew there was going to be something fishy. Only 2 of the 3 items were... read more

In April of this year I purchased a new Lexus IS Turbo/4Dr Sedan. I began to notice defects and blemishes in the paint and alerted Lexus Corp. although I never heard anything from them. So, I took my vehicle into the dealership this month and was informed the red spots were acid rain. The Service Manager requested I leave my new car with only 3,000 miles on it by the way there for a few days and allow them to look at it and decide how best to remove all the marks and defects on the exterior. Well, now my vehicle has damage a... read more

So disappointed in Flow Toyota in Statesville. We went Wednesday to look at a car on their website, we chose that car as they were offering a 12,000/12 month warranty. When we got there they said, nope, that's an error. It has a 30 day warranty. I told them that there are cars out there of the same age that were cheaper and the only reason we came to Flow was because of the warranty they were offering on their website. No negotiating, nothing. Three days later they are still offering the same 2008 Prius with a 12000/12 month... read more

Business response:

We apologize for the inconvenience to the customer. There was a mistake in our inventory computer system. Warranty lengths are automatically determined by the mileage and age of the vehicle. We are sorry for our miscommunication and thank the customer for bringing this issue to our attention. The vehicle details have been corrected and are now current on the vehicle listing.

Recently took my VW CC in for an oil service and to have engine light check. I was told that my PCV Valve was bad, the rear seal of my engine needed to be replaced, and I "probably" needed new spark plugs - all for a sum of $1700+ before taxes. I took my vehicle to another mechanic, who stated that it was only my PCV Valve needed replacing -- and upon investigation that there was nothing wrong with my engine seal. Thankful only $350. Flow VW wanted to charge me $1300+ in repairs for something that was in perfect condition.

Business response:

The customer came in for the check engine light and we diagnosed it as the PCV valve as well as the rear main seal. The rear main seal was quoted due to there being a lean condition (indicated to us through the scan tool) that it was leaking air and oil. Customer declined the repairs and expressed his thoughts to us. As an act of a good faith, we have refunded the customer the $115 diagnostic charge. We agreed that the concern has been addressed and resolved.

My husband and I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD in Dec 2015 from another dealership in KY. My husband was driving to work Jan 2, actually making a left hand turn at a stop sign, the driver shaft in his new truck snapped in half, this truck only has 12,500 miles on it. We called GM Corporate to have the truck towed to the dealership Flow GMC, considering that it is still under every warranty that is offered. When the truck arrived to Flow GMC the service rep met my husband to ask how that damage happened to his truck. My ... read more

The agents there try and work you into a false sense of security by giving you the option to look around at some deals they have, and once they run your credit report, they start getting pushy, since if you leave them afterward, you don't have a choice but to have it run again if you get serious about a purchase later. The biggest issue is that the outright lied about the impact of the report. I specifically asked if this was a hard or soft inquiry to my credit, and they said it was hard, but would only be on my credit repor... read more
