I must agree with others who feel one star is too much. This outfit in Charlottesville has upset me greatly. Recently I purchased a used Rav 4 putting $6000 down of my own money and borrowing the rest with the VA Credit Union. Though I wanted lesser loan I was told by them that I MUST sign for a 60 month loan. They assured me that I could pay it off earlier. I ordered shocks for my wife car based on entering her cars info on their website and the picture it showed. What arrived did not mach the picture. I requested a Return Authorization 3 different times and received nothing.

This company doesn’t deserve even one star. I brought my Jetta in for an inspection and was there for 8 hours. Was charged $739.50 and left without an inspection. This was a car computer error or OBD code problem for emissions control. The internet is flooded with information about this problem with Jettas, yet this dealership denied they knew anything about it. In the end the caused more problems with the computer and my car now has a fatal error message and is destroyed by their bad mechanics. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!... read more

We have addressed this issue with the customer's credit card company, the North Carolina Department of Justice and now small claims court. Every one of them has found in our favor. We have not seen this vehicle since October 2018. The customer came to us for the first and only time in October 2018 with an Internet diagnosis. I've had nothing but terrible experiences with their service department. They either do not properly repair the car or they break something else during the repair. Do not expect them to make it right...just go somewhere else. Here is some detail on my last experience - a piece of debris flew off a truck and hit the front bumper of my car, damaging the paint, front tow hitch cover, and parking sensors. I have used Flow Toyota Collision Center twice. Both time they took way to long to fix my car. This last time they promised me that they would start on the car as soon as the part came in. Two weeks and 2 day later they promised me that the car would be done "tomorrow with out fail". Well it wasn't done. They can not live up to there promises. I drove to Fayetteville to get my car diagnosed 25 March. I had explained what had been previously done so when the person came out to tell me I needed a MAF and software update since they do not have any history on the car.
