This review is only of Hannah at FPMS. I had to deal with several items regarding the sale of my house and Hannah was immensely helpful, but more important, she responded in a timely manner and was always polite and professional. I can't say the same about the rest of the FPMS team but I wanted to commend Hannah.

Adding one star because the tool does not allow a user to select zero stars. This company is unprofessional and provides incorrect and misinformation to users (actually clients!!). Currently used by Sabal Chase Townhomes - not sure why given the many companies that are currently doing the same type of work. Over the last 4 months 2 different property managers that have provided information that is not correct.
Hannah Pernia was a great help to me in a time of need. She was resourceful and kept in contact with me until I got what I needed. Thank you so much for your help Hannah!!!!
