I've rented houses all over Tallahassee and I can solidly say that FMA is by far the best property management company I've ever dealt with. I honestly can't think of a single time that we've had a disaster and they weren't immediately on top of things. When we called about our AC acting up, they had someone out to us within 20min on a Sunday.
