Just when you think you've bothered them enough with requests, they exceed the next item you address. They are professional, responsive, and show a genuine interest for my property. I hesitate only in sharing because someone else might hire them! :) They also went above and beyond to assist with purchasing a property, often meeting and providing thorough input on location and determining the best properties to consider. I've rented houses all over Tallahassee and I can solidly say that FMA is by far the best property management company I've ever dealt with. I honestly can't think of a single time that we've had a disaster and they weren't immediately on top of things. When we called about our AC acting up, they had someone out to us within 20min on a Sunday.
