Complete disregard for the elderly! Dr. Thomas insisted that my mom had to bring my dad into the office and refused to do an online/phone appointment with them. The day before Mom had scheduled an online appointment and asked three times to speak with Dr. Thomas and he literally refused. My father is 83 and has dementia and A LOT of difficulty getting around. He is a fall risk due to his lack of balance.
