I was contacted by Albert Becerra to provide electrical services on November 4th, 2025 for the agreed $250. The work was completed and invoice was issued. After multiple follow-up messages were sent over a two-month period, payment has not been received, and he has stopped answering my messages. Based on my experience, I would not work with this property manager again.
