My previous property management company was not providing me adequate service and when I switched to FCJR I really noticed the difference. My property had been left empty for several months and John took over and got it cleaned and rented in no time. I like that FCJR is good about communication and are able to place renters quickly.

I wuld reccomend them to anyone – I can't say enough about Florida Coastal. We worked with Sharon Franzen, who found us the perfect home immediately. She got to know us and what we were looking for and we literally fell in love with the first home. She guided us through the process, and even when an issue came up... she was right on top of it.
