Rent received is processed every month efficiently and when there is a maintenance repair, they take care of it. I have properties in Georgia and I wish Florida Coastal could manage them.

They've done a good job managing my property ever since, making my life out of state easier with not having do deal with renters directly. The price is right also, what I pay a month for them to manage is well worth not having the hassle.

Florida Coastal and John manage two properties for me and have done an outstanding job in getting them leased, handling any tenant issues, managing maintenance contractors and remitting the rent to me on a timely basis. Overall I would rate them "five stars

I just wanted to thank you for all the work you've done trying to sell my condo. It is such a relief having it sold, and I really appreciate you trying to get the "highest and best" for my little property. It has also been a really food experience having you manage my property during the last couple of years. I was able to move on with my life and not think about all the little things the condo required

I wanted to take the time to thank everyone at Florida Coastal for the great service they have provided thus far for us. That property has been great stress for us with all the trouble and the distance that came with the investment. But, today I wanted to take the time to thank their professionalism and greatly timed correspondence in their efforts towards the management of our condo.
