I sought out Florida Coastal Jacksonville Property Management when my former management company unilaterally withdrew money out of my personal account without when they allegedly overpaid me rental income. Have been an owner for over 10 years and have been happy with Florida Coastal as our property manager. They have worked for us by getting good prices when property issues need to be repaired and/or replaced. Statements are timely and responses to our inquires are always prompt. We have never had a time when our unit was not rented. We would highly recommend them.
