THIS BROKER KEEPS YOUR COMMISSION MONEY!! I was one of the agents working for Florida Capital Realty, and I didn't receive one of my rental commission checks. This brokerage is unprofessional, unethical, and it's not there for their agents. Especially if you're a new agent. This company does not prioritize the needs of their agents.
