they are horrible!!!! you have to call 100 times, email a thousand times and STILL NOTHING GETS RESOLVED. then everything is a new fee every year!
If you are moving into a community that is managed by Florida Advanced Property, RUN AND RUN NOW! You may love the house, but trust me, Florida Advanced will make you lose your sanity, so you will never be able to enjoy your home.
