Don't insult potential customers. Work with your potential customer's ideas. Be open to things that aren't your style when it's not your event. Don't be rude. I'm incredibly disappointed in Theresa, the owner of this shop. The work posted online looks great, however the customer service is atrocious. At our first meeting, my fiance and I presented an idea we had for her wedding bouquet (Halloween themed) which included black flowers. Theresa is so amazing. She hand delivered flowers to our neighborhood during a tough time to spread happiness. She’s truly a gem inside and out 💞💐no better place to get flowers from than her

So I don’t know where to begin. When my wife and I started planning our wedding we were in the air on who would provide the floral for our wedding. After visit several shops and talking to several vendors , we got pointed in the direction of floral accents. We sat down with them and immediately knew they would receive our business. My daughter’s wedding was last Saturday. The flowers were so beautiful!!! Theresa was so wonderful to work with and the bouquets/pew bows/ etc. were beyond our expectations!!! I cannot thank you enough for adding beauty to my daughter’s day!!! You are truly the best!
My daughter’s wedding flowers were beautiful. From the church pews to the bridal bouquet, everything was perfect. Neither my daughter nor I know a lot about flowers, but she had a loose vision for what she wanted as far as the bouquets and boutonnières.
