F@#$ you and your tool rental department, I brought your tool back less than an hour late ( 5 hours instead of 4) and you charged me twice as much, for 1 hour!(180.00 instead of 90.00) Wouldn't prorate the price at all! Absolutely horrible customer service I will never return to home Depot again! Not to mention I probably would've been on time if given a new byte for the tool instead of the dull one that I received. Shame on you home depo...shame on you

Last weekend 07.16.16 I came into the store with a project idea for a headboard! I wasn't exactly sure how I was going to make it. Todd in lumber was the first person to help me between the two of us we came up with a plan! He was fanatic and helped cut all the wood pieces. There was a lady working in paint that was very helpful too but I didn't catch her name. You're employees were excite and very patient while I figured out what I needed! Today we went to Home Depot to get some supplies for some project we are working on. The only reason I give a 5 star is because of Todd. We went thru about 5 people or so to try to get some help and answers, they couldn't even point us in the right direction and Todd was the only one who could get us any answers. Thank you so much for your help today Mr Todd!!! It's greatly appreciated.

Every time I go to the store to purchase, just the Lumber check out is open, all other check outs are only 4 self checks. WE hate them. this is building supplies not a dime store. When we ask why no other checks out are available, we are always told they are out to lunch ??? really at 9 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon?? I think if you do not appreciate our business enough to have a trained checker, you don't need our business

I recently purchased 3 gallons of premium Behr Marque Paint. On my last visit I was reminded to take the survey to be entered in a gift card giveaway. I just tried entering the survey website & it continuously returns me to the UserID / Password entry page! This is a BOGUS PLOY, SHAME on you folks!

I have never had another supplier waste as many professional hours, gas, or money as this store has wasted of mine. They never do what they say they are going to even when the products are already purchased. They get rude when you bring them back faulty products and they even get rude when a person has already made the purchase and is trying to get it loaded. They dont even have high end/nicer products. My time will no longer be wasted at any home depot store.

I have come to believe that the Temple Home Depot is a store deemed to be "Unfriendly to seniors and people with mobility issues". Though, there are (4) mobility scooters every time I visit the store there is only one that works. I would except that at the end of the day they may need charging. I have gone to the Temple Depot at 6:30am and still found only one working. I'm assuming that customer care and customers trying to purchase is no longer needed.
