Home Depot in Temple, Texas has gone above and beyond what is expected of them. We bought a refrigerator in February and started having issues with it a month or 2 later. The manufacturer was, let's just say less than helpful for over a month. The people at Home Depot helped us, called the manufacturer, then when that didnt work, they let us pick out a refrigerator of the same value and had it sent to our home. I had a pick up order and then shipped around the outside garden center. The employees were very helpful. Especially Elizabeth in the garden center. Customer service was quick and WAY better than Lowe's, no doubt!!
No problem getting wood 2 x 4 and checked out also got some nuts and washers Cashier was was quick and processed military ID
Everyone was very kind and helpful. The store was also very clean and neat!
Went to this specific @HomeDepot yesterday and asked for help getting some pipe cut, was told we could buy a saw but it’s Black Friday and nobody has time for that... ���
Home Depot. A veteran is a veteran. Many who served this country do not have disabilities but served never the less. Those who don't have service related disability are not entitled to a veteran"s discount? Really! Store Manager, please post your service credentials. Veterans should be entitled to the veteran's discount.
This is from myq dad : I usually don't say much about stuff...last night somebody stole my American flag from my front yard, that pissed me off but...I went to Home Depot to replace it and after talking to everybody I could talk to, I was informed the flag was considered a seasonal item...I left and went to Lowes, there they have a large display of flags, poles, lights, etc...thank you Lowe's for understanding that the flag is a symbol of our freedom and those who foight for that freedom...
Last night I had my American flag stolen from my front yard...went to Home Depot to replace it and after talking to everybody I could talk to I was informed that the flag is a seasonal item...did not know that the symbol of our freedom was seasonal...Lowes had a large display of flags and they assisted me and thanked me for my business and service...
