We needed a door with a pet door installed. We went to Home Depot. Paul Simmon set us up for an installer to come out take measurements and make sure the door would fit for a $35.00 fee. This was on a Saturday. A couple days later they call to set up the appointment only available from 6:00 am to 8:00 am. The other option was 2 weeks away on a Friday. I called Paul and discussed this with him. Paul said the guy that does the measurements likes to do them between 6-8 am and do installs later. Paul advised me he would check on... read more
So we’ve been building a deck, forever... after a few issues with the plans and wrong parts we are almost done. This store and its employees are amazing, knowledgeable and always helpful. We’ve made several trips to return pieces and parts. Never a fuss to refund for unused items. We love this store so much we rarely go to the ‘other’ home improvement place any more.
A BIG THANK YOU TO THE TEMPLE STORE!! They went above and beyond to make sure our grill was delivered to us on a timely manner! We appreciate all the hard work their associates and managers did to ensure we were happy customers! ❤️
