When in business problems are going to arise no matter how hard you try to avoid them. My recent experience with floor and decor had a problem develop with material. even though the situation is going to be a result of the manufacturer floor and decor handled the situation in-house immediately. It’s been quite a while since I’ve received. Excellent customer service, well done. The manager has a future. June 19, 2026.
Wow so many choices
We went in with a broken piece of flooring. Kai was super helpful and amazing. She directed us where to look and found a Designer to help us locate what options were available. We had a great experience.
