Just wanted to give Lisa at the West Palm Beach store a huge Thank You! She was fantastic! She helped with everything from getting the correct grout & trim to calling multiple stores to locate 11 boxes of tile. In the end we just decided to order it from the main warehouse. Through it all she had a great sense of humor & excellent customer service! Whatever you’re paying her is not enough!
The store is in a great location, and there seems to be hardly any employees here who are genuinely helpful and hardworking. One of the Spanish ladies at the front register seem to have a good work ethic and always does a good job, but how long will that last being surrounded by everyone's lacks. Unfortunately, the overall customer service is very inconsistent.
