I worked with Adrian at Floor & Decor on a big flooring project for my home, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to patiently help me select the perfect flooring options, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations that fit my style and budget. Adrian went above and beyond by handling the entire order process, ensuring everything was accurate, and coordinating the shipping so that all materials arrived right on time—without any delays or issues. 5 stars.

Nice and clean with customer service
Top-notch experience. My mom and I stopped by yesterday to purchase samples of large-format tile, and Deondre was exceptional. He’s a true professional - kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. And above all, he takes pride in his work and in advocating for the customer. We feel fortunate to live so close to Floor & Decor, and Floor & Decor is equally fortunate to have Deondre. We look forward to working with him again when we return to complete this project.
