After rebuilding from hurricane Harvey and a few bad experiences with contractors, I called upon Floor Coverings International (Katy) for all new carpet and flooring throughout the house and found nothing but professional results from the entire company. Very reasonable and excellent materials. The work was completed in 2 days while still living in our home with total respect for our home and furnishings. They proved to me that GOOD customer service still exists. Highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs.
I was impressed with the stellar job of Floor Covering International of Katy. They did a very professional job. Costumer service was their priority and did all possible to accommodate our needs. They provided honest advice and help us save money. The job was constantly supervised by the owners and made sure that everything was left clean and in the same way it was before the job. I am completely pleased and I recommend them.
