A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. We enjoyed cocktails and a variety of seafood. Best seat is outside with a view of the harbour. Try the lobster and shrimp stuffed hush puppies. They're delish.
Amazing cheese grits and views! Definitely recommend going to this place while in Charleston.

Fabulous meal in downtown Charleston! Dining in or out was great! Everyone was celebrating the Eclipse of August 21, 2017! Crab cakes and boil were delicious!
Busy place, food is great, parking is awful. Worth the trouble!
