A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Great bartenders! Good atmosphere. Creative and fun cocktails. Food is reasonably priced, great tasting food, and the wait time to turn a table wasn't long at all. Job well done.

The fried flounder, grits, and salad were delicious. The wedge salad had delicious balsamic marinated tomatoes - very tasty and loved the atmosphere and all the dolphin we saw splashing around. Will def go back!

Extremely friendly and super fast service! I would recommend to anyone in the Charleston area.
Excellent dining experience for this old Navy man. Great menu and service. Clean comfortable venue. ONLY Drawback, a very POOR parking lot. Not enough spaces, no lot attendants, no Valet service.
