A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. When you go to a Restaurant repeatedly and the line is out the door everytime, that is the place to eat such as the my experiences with restaurants. Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar is almost always like this and I love it. My wife had Cancer the first time we visited and was a patient at Hollings Cancer Center. Party of 5 at 12:30. Told a 45 minute wait. Was much shorter, waiter was great, service was great and everything was delicious. First time there but definitely will go back and recommend the place. The fried green tomato stack was awesome.

Food was great! Best grits I've ever had. Kinda felt rushed when I was eating though. Other then that it was wonderful.
Seafood pasta had an excellent Creole flavor as advertised and great portion of food.
