A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. This was my first time ever visit to Charleston � yesterday. I kept asking for a straw finally waitress came and said sorry it took so long. Which my drink We getting watery by then. We don't usually give out straws anymore because the sea turtles were eating them and it was getting caught in their throats, which i truly understand. But I am not a sea turtle and wanted a straw which i finally got. Been there 3 times and all 3 were excellent food n service.
Great waitress, very attentive and knew menu. Wife and I had Blackened Swordfish and daughter had Salmon. Both were delicious. We also shared Fried Green Tomatoes and Crabcake appetizers which were amazing as well. We sat on the patio and view was nice.

My husband and I try to come to Fleet Landing as often as possible for brunch. We were there yesterday and enjoyed wonderful food, delicious champagne and superb service from Lucas! He was so much fun and understood my need for hollandaise sauce for my quiche!! Can't wait till our next visit!

Fantastic food, great service. We didn't get to see any Dolphins but enjoyed Fleet Landing. If you don't want a wait, make reservations.

We sat outside and waited 10 minutes before we asked a waiter .. Who was going to be our waitress. He Lied and said she went to get our waters but no ever ask us about our drinks. Then someone finally came and he told us he doesnt know whats going on with someone serving us. Literally all the waiters outside walked passed us! The food was great ! But once we were finished we had to wait another 20 mins to get our ticket.
