A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Me and my wife and our daughter and her boyfriend enjoy our evening the service was good and the food was delicious.
I'm in Charleston often but this was my 1st visit. I'll be back.

My wife and I came down from Wilmington N.C and we both loved fleet landing. Best crab dip we have ever had and the shrimp were the best too. Recommend this restaurant to everyone

Excellent food, Excellent Views the staff is very friendly.
Food was wonderful and we had a great waitress. The outside is surprisingly modest, but inside you'll find it to be quite warm and friendly, filled with fanfare and coastline circuses. And that's not because the AC wasn't working that evening, it's just a great place to dine after a day on the coastline. I highly recommend you give the Fleet a try. Chow chow for now.
I have just left the restaurant and couldn't wait to review. Everything was great from start to finish. From the She Crab soup (superb!) to the spinach/artichoke dip, to the pan-seared tilapia and key lime pie! Southern food and hospitality at its finest. Prepare to wait...a very popular spot.
