A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Very mellow atmosphere, amazing food and the staff were very professional and polite. Family friendly everyone should take the effort to eat here while visiting the great city of Charleston.

We eat brunch here every chance we get. Love the atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. I get the crabcake and my better half gets the quiche. They are both delicious and just melt in your mouth! The grits are the best around! Can't wait to go back!

This place is totally amazing, our food was fabolous and the waiter was amazing. The crab 🦀 soup 🍜 is out of this world. I totally recommend this place.
