Wanted local shrimp so we tried a "local" restaurant while visiting. After waiting 50 minutes for a table we are informed by the waitress the shrimp are brought in frozen. Frozen, why are they not local? Prices are reasonable considering it's seafood, but you don't get alot for the money. Waitress was very nice and personable.
I have just left the restaurant and couldn't wait to review. Everything was great from start to finish. From the She Crab soup (superb!) to the spinach/artichoke dip, to the pan-seared tilapia and key lime pie! Southern food and hospitality at its finest. Prepare to wait...a very popular spot.

Amazing dinner, amazing service (ask for Caroline, she was impeccable) best service in Charleston! 10/10 would recommend. Couldn't have asked for a better meal with a better server!!
I always schedule My drive from Florida to Virginia so I can have my favorite Shrimp and Grits lunch at Fleet Landing. It's the best in the world!
40 minute wait in the heat for a table but it was worth it!!! The food was wonderful, & creme brulee for dessert was even better!!

Very sub par food. Fish was overcooked to the point it was hard to chew. Rice was dried out, and not edible.
Every time we come to Charleston, we have to stop and eat at Fleet Landing. The food is the best in the area and the servers are so friendly and are the true spirit of Charleston hospitality! We look forward to our annual trip to Fleet Landing while in Charleston!
