A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. We LOVE Fleets!! My family goes every year when we visit Charleston. They’re so accommodating, very responsive to any questions, and the service is FANTASTIC. Food and drinks always stellar. A must visit restaurant when you’re in town!
