A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. We were here last week and had Jessica, she was the sweetest! Our service from hostess, mgmt., service was all superb. The food is absolutely amazing. We were visiting from Charlotte but I'd have to say this is my favorite restaurant in Charleston! Love you guys and can't wait to visit again!

yay! We love Fleet! Today was my birthday, they accommodated our reservation just 50 minutes before arrival! John Ryan is our fave, and today Jonathan took care of us! He is a true professional, taking excellent care of us! He paid very close attention to detail and gave us flawless service. I love a relatable server, Jonathan was just that! The food and cocktails were great, we enjoyed everything! We will be back!! Thank you so much!

With COVID making everything about dining out seem impossible and ridiculous and scary. The team here managed it well and provided excellent service even at half capacity and still being busy with a wait. Out of Towner here and I’ve never experienced such wonderful hospitality anywhere else as we did here tonight! Thank you! Staff were all welcoming and worked well together as a team to provide such customer service. PS Pomegranate Mojito was to die for! And the food was fantastic!
I appreciate the staff really taking the CDC guidelines so seriously. I actually enjoyed the table distancing, it’s usually too crowded. I witnessed the staff cleaning and disinfecting areas after people left. The staff all word masks! The food and drinks are always good too! A great first experience eating out after months of home cooked meals.
