A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. We vacationed last week in IOP. Fleet is ALWAYS a must stop! It was our favorite meal of our week! Every item that everyone ordered was so good! We were seated outside, it was comfortable, and a beautiful view. Our waitress was wonderful and friendly as was every employee we came in contact with. It also eased our minds knowing that your establishment was following safety precautions regarding Covid. We did not go to a few of our favorite places due to them not following protocol. Can’t wait for next July to come back🤩☺️

Any trip we make to the Charleston area is never complete without a meal at Fleet Landing. We have been eating here for a few years now and have never been disappointed with any meal we have eaten. I always recommend Fleet Landing to friends going to Charleston. Our latest visit was yesterday, July 18th. Every dish we had was perfect. Our server was excellent. Thank you for a great dining experience once again!
