A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. My husband and I always make sure we stop and eat at our favorite spot when we go to Charleston and that’s what we did. Love that we Celebrated our 13th anniversary with some great food!

My girlfriends and I came down to Folly for our 40th bday celebration. We knew due to Covid we would be spending time in our rental and at the beach. So we decided to stop for lunch after we left the airport and waited for our place to be ready. This was THE BEST place to stop! Food was incredible. Drinks were flowing. And STEVE is hands down THE BEST server EV-A! I highly recommend you check out this place. And if you do, ask for STEVE!
