A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. John Ryan was amazing. Very helpful in suggesting my choice for lunch. Went above and beyond with suggestions for our visit in Charleston. Fleet Landing is a must go to place.
Great food, the shrimp and grits is amazing. If you can sit outside, definitely take that option. Reservations highly recommended
