A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Mike was an excellent server who was always on time, made great suggestions, and served in a professional manner. Today’s catch-grilled swordfish was perfect. Best grits I’ve had at a restaurant. Huguonaut torte-delicious, just spelled incorrectly. Fleet Landing is reasonably priced, sides included with entree. It’s one of our favorites when we visit Charleston

We were here four years ago and had to stop by again. Our server David was excellent and the food was excellent too. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits...
Loved shrimp and grits and the Triple Belgium beer
Was not impressed at all. Appetizers tasted ok. Entrees had no flavor & very bland tasting. Service was overall great! Restaurant showed concern & offered to correct; however I’m afraid to send food back for correction, so I just ate it, plus I was hungry.
