A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. It was date night when my husband and I went with another couple. The atmosphere was so relaxing and warm. Service and food was all excellent! I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends!!

We had a wonderful lunch here! We were fortunate to be seated on the porch overlooking the marsh with a view of the bay so watched the water, ducks swimming and pelicans flying by! The food was fabulous- she crab soup shrimp and grits were excellent. Service efficient and friendly. We highly recommend this if you're in Charleston.
I had the best piece of blackened Mahi I have ever had last night. The food was delicious,hot and full of flavor, the service was excellent and the location is absolutely gorgeous. We were able to sit outside on the heated patio and enjoy the view of the harbor. It was my husband and I's first time and will be our come to date night from now on.
We had friends visiting Charleston for the first time. It is great to know that we can take our friends to Fleet Landing for some of the best seafood in the city. Service was superb. Thanks Dillon for taking such good care of us. See you next time.
