A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Exceptional. Staff is very knowledgeable of the food selections and were instrumental in guiding me to a world class fish dinner. We are return guests and will make this our go to place for fresh fish.

Great waiter, I had chicken sandwich that was good than a dessert with pecans, ice cream and apples this was fantastic. Great experience. I'm here visiting from Ohio, I wish we had a Fleet Landing there.
Celebrating my wife's birthday, we finished the night with some delicious seafood. Great service by our waiter Jeff also. We will definitely visit again! Those stuffed hush puppies were awesome!

This restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside. In fact, I really didn't want to go in when my date suggested we eat there. Boy, was I wrong. The inside is really nice with concrete ceilings and nautical lights. The deck wraps around three sides, although we ate inside since it was warm out that day and the a.c. was so inviting. Did not live up to the " hype ". Several people at the old city market raved about that place recommended it highly. Didn't find it lived up to their ratings. Nice view of the water we were there at low tide I recommend if you're going to go check the tides and go at high tide. Waiter was a little short with us however he did have several table to take care of.
