A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Excellent meals including the crab cake sandwich, shrimp and grits and a sort of stuffed hush puppies appetizer. All were excellent. Some nice local beer choices as well. Nice location as well on the water.
Our server Ryan made the wait worth it! He had us laughing the entire time! Food was amazing, and service was excellent. We will definitely visit again!!!!
The crab and fried green tomatoes appetizer - delicious! And the view!
Hubby said his steak dinner was good but I had the wreckfish special and it was chewy. The key lime vinaigrette sauce was great. Atmosphere okay. This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel staff, but I just wasn't impressed at all.
Delicious food. Great service. Beautiful harbor views! Our table had the crab dip to start, salmon over greens and two orders of shrimp and grits. Put this one on your list!
