A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. I loved my meal ... I had the Mahi Mahi on a sweet potato hash. Yum! One in my group ordered the chocolate torte... ridiculously tasty! My only complaint, vile coffee ... yuck! They did brew another pot for us ... but still vile. Service and speed ... great. We will be back.
