A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Great service and great food. It was busy but got seated quickly and Ryan provided great service
It was good. Average or better but I would not say it was great.
Jason is awesome. Enjoyed our lunch. Shrimp and grits are my new favorite entree there.

Really enjoyed the food and Connor, the best bartender anyone could ask for.
The stuffed hush puppies were good but heavy - almost filled us up before our entrees. My husband and I got the slightly blackened triggerfish with pimento grits and asparagus and Lo Country Seafood pasta. Both were absolutely delicious! My husband had the pecan pie for dessert. He said it was good, just wished it was warm.
