A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Everything was excellent- the food, service, view, prices (we were there for lunch), and the wait time between each delivery

Our dining experience was great had dolphins going by while we ate. The waiter offered us a special dish of fish that is normally for dinner like $30 and they were serving it for lunch I think it was tile something but it was so amazing with rice and beans. Best lunch I have had in a while

Best staff. Best food. Shrimp and grits were amazing and the wait was well worth it. Front desk said 2 hours but it was only 1! Our server Caroline was very nice and gave great recommendations, she made the whole experience perfect. I'm a foodie and I love this place.
We had a delicious dinner with a friend. Our first time visiting from New York. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend it! Beautiful view of the pier!
