A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. First time visit at the Fleet Landing and was very pleased. Food, atmosphere, and staff was on point. We will return.

One of the best restaurants in Charleston! The Shrimp and Grits are amazing!
We had the crab bruschetta, fried green tomatoes and shrimp � and grits! More food than we could eat and it was amazing! The balsamic glaze with the bruschetta is addictive!! This was my daughters first visit and she feel in love �. We can't wait to come back!!
The She Crab soup was amazing! And so was the Vegetable Pasta dish. Being able to see Fort Sumter in the distance added a historical flavor as well!

Had a great lunch our waitress was from Crown Point,In. Could not have ask for a better person to wait on us. All of us had something different and everyone like their food.
My college daughter introduced this place to me the last time that I visited her. I loved the place and wanted to go back again. Everything about this place is just right:) I was sooo happy to get to chance to have my Easter brunch here with my daughter and my husband.�
