A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. I thought the food would be better in portions. I ordered the fried shrimp and oysters. They were good, but expected more on the plate instead of lots of fries to make it look like there was a lot of food. I was a little disappointed since it was dinner time and the hour and five minutes wait. I heard good reports about this place. Maybe, I will go back in the near future.
Most wonderful oysters and mini biscuits. Loved the outdoor seating by the ocean.
This is a must every time we come to Charleston. Best staff. Great views! Award wining drinks. Delicious food. Beat the crowd and get there when they open at 11am.

Great view, great food at a decent price! The fried crab cake and is good and the she crab soup one of the best I ever had!!!
The steak was over cooked and the green bean where under cooked and my ice cream was melted and it was way over priced.
