I love FlavaFitness! I do their Booty Jam fitness classes & it's a lot of fun! I've never stuck with exercising in the past, but I've been on a streak ever since I started going to Flava & make it out to at least one class as week. Everyone is friendly & understanding if you are new to a class. I definitely recommend trying it out

I haven't been going for a long while & just came back on Saturday to Zumba at 8 a.m. It was awesome! Didn't get the instructors name, but having an upbeat, happy, & excited ONE makes it even more interesting! Def continuing my journey with them.
