Sweat fest is a complete workout, all types of dance styles, the instructors are excellent shape and it shows in there bodies!!!! The songs are challenging, it's real intense.its not Zumba it's a beast,I dare anyone who wants to get in shape to take it!!!
The sweat fest class is good however in order for the student to get s good work out the instructor needs to be on point with their cueing , I really don't know what is coming next during the routine because of not cueing and the instructor is to busy posing for the video instead of concentrating on the students that r trying to get a good work out . I liked the classes but I do wish the beginner class was a little slower in pace.. Overall great place
I have been going to Flava Fitness for many years. I would not go anywhere else! They offer a variety of classes at various times and locations which is convenient for all ages and times. The trainers are passionate. The workouts are varied, fun, and best of all, you see results! I would not go anywhere else!! Thank you Jeni for your vision and your passion.
