I just recently signed up with a few coworkers, and it's the first time in YEARS- after having had 3 kids- that I have genuine FUN when I exercise. The music, the lights, the dancing and hard core workouts is EXACTLY what many people need. I don't feel pressured or obligated anymore. I wake up and I look forward to meeting people and building great relationships all while breaking a good sweat. These people ARE FAMILY...You see it in everything that they do. I always leave happy after my zumba class. The zumba class is intense, but fun! I love that I don't realize that I'm doing my cardio by dancing the whole hour away!! :) Yasmill is an amazing instructor and the zumba class is so much fun with her amazing energy!

Ramona worked my booty off in Booty JAM!!! OMG!!! That was one intense workout but I had so much fun!!! Since it just felt like I was dancing I forgot I was working out! ��
I love Jenni J and her entire staff this place is amazing...Top Notch instructors great classes...low rates and you get to take unlimited classes....they have Booty Jam... Zumba that even have tone and sculpt this morning I took two classes back to back....my whole body is sore and I feel so good because I got my workout done early and the whole rest of my Saturday is going to be great.......check it out you won't regret it they have early classes and late classes as late as 7:30 for everyone's schedule......
