RecommendedThe energy that leaks from the walls is INSANE!! Everyone walks in with a smile b/c they know they are about to have a great working AND HAVE A GREAT TIME WORKING OUT!! Seriously, its so much more than a workout. Its family and friends that become family, jammin out together!! Love this place!!! Ive been coming for YEARS and finally said, IM ALL IN...and signed up as a VIPMEMBER. Its truly worth it 💜
FlavaFitness has replaced my gym time! The instructors are awesome as is everyone that comes here. It feels more like a fun hangout with positive vibes and high energy. I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do now!! Thank you Flava!!!
It has been the most exciting class I have been to in Tampa. I just wish they were back In Lutz. Far drive downtown Tampa.

I love that FlavaFitness has good vibes and a variety of unique and fun events!
Studio is very versatile with their fitness programs and also their rental space packages for special events such as quinceñeras, weddings, etc. I wish I would have known about the space rental for when we held my daughter's sweet 16 almost 3 years ago. The owners have an extensive background in the fitness industry and very personable and professional.
