RecommendedI attended LNO for the first time after attending 10 years ago. Jeni and her staff are soooo welcoming!!! The new studio is amazing and very spacious!! I will definitely be back to attend some of the classes I experienced at LNO! If you want a studio that caters to women, encourages you to experience your sexy and feel like you belong, this is the place to go!!

Fefe is an energetic and attentive instructor. If you are struggling with catching on, she will work with you to get the steps down. Not only is she amazing at teaching classes, her personal training skills are A1. Fefe is like a one stop shop for all your health and fitness goals!!!
