Great Building You can't beat this building for the price in the city. The building is pretty new and the units are in great condition. Top line amenities including a pool, gym, Zen garden, and grilling areas on the roof and in the courtyard. Plus it's about 50 steps from the Noma/Galludet metro station.
They try really hard...but sometimes fall flat Pros: Great new building and amenities (gym, pool, grills, common spaces, dry cleaning); wonderful location 2 minute walk from NoMa metro stop; excellent building-wide events. Cons: Public spaces sometimes dirty (with pet messes); Harris Teeter in same building has been closed for pest infestation and flooding.
