Dr Flatley is thorough and professional, but also kind and puts his patients at ease. He talkes the time to explain your oral health and patient comfort is always his top concern.I also love his staff, the whole team is so friendly and helpful, makes your whole appointment a pleasure.

Professionalism, competence and empathy are a rare combination. At 71 years of age, I have experienced countless dental appointments and procedures. I have never had a more pleasant and positive experience in a dental office as I have with Dr. Flately, Barbara and all the staff. They are so friendly and caring and they make me feel so comfortable. My previous dental office changed hands several years ago. Dr. Flatley is both wonderfully knowledgable and wonderfully emphatic. Our dentist back East recommended him to us 17 years ago - by far our longest term relationship with a health care provider in Western Washington! His hygenists are the best - they remember your personal preferences - such as not using 'grit' to blast one's teeth - and they are very thorough! Barbara the receptionist is also a treasure.
Today Sept 25 I had my teeth cleaned by Dr Flatley’s amazing hygienist. So nice to have the sparkle back. If you are looking for a really good dentist in Gig Harbor give Dr Flatley a call. My husband and I have been very satisfied patients of Dr Flatley’s for over 15 years and we think he and his staff are the best for crowns, bridges, fillings and cleanings and the receptionist, Barbara, is always helpful with scheduling appointments.
He is knowledgeable, thorough, and careful in patient exams and treatment. Helps the patient understand exam findings and treatment recommendations. He and his staff are professional, efficient, caring and friendly. I highly recommend him.

If you tried many Dentist like I have and now I have found one that fits all my needs for my teeth. Dr. Flatley is amazing and his staff is also. I have no worries about going to the Dentist anymore. His shots never hurt and he listens to my concerns always.
