We were about to move into our new unit when we noticed a small problem. Lauren in the leasing department was very helpful and was able to find us another unit right away. The staff was very accommodating. And also the grounds are amazing!!
I have had issues with maintenance fixing my washer and dryer for months as well as my AC for a week. As soon as the new manager took over it was done the next day. Juan is the manager and he has made living here absolute wonderful!
I've lived in Austin Ranch for almost a year now and have been very pleased with the experience. The staff here does an incredible job from the leasing consultants, Sharon in accounting, to the maintenance team. Sharon has always gone above and beyond to help me out and get questions answered. The maintenance team here is world class. I came back from a week and a half vacation and when I got back my thermostat was broken and read 85 degrees. Awesome place for people who want to live an active lifestyle!!
Too many kids running the place. Every time I go into the leasing office I have a bratty 18 year old to greet me. Who never knows what they are doing. The premise is dirty all the time. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The maintenance (Billingsley) is the worst I have ever encountered. Not to mention my ac is outdated in my unit- making my electric bill for a 3 bedroom apartment close to 400 dollars. They refuse to fix that problem. Been here a year and it has been the worst experience.
