RecommendedGreat 👍🏻 apartments. My boyfriend & I love living here. A lot of landscape, nice trails to walk, and they have really nice pools. There are 4 pools & have a nice playground for the children. They always do fun events. Like taco 🌮 pool 🏊 party, and cookie event. I never lived in a apartment that do fun events. Moved in ONE MONTH ago and I absolutely LOVE it here. Rough beginning but we got the kinks wore out / resolved. But, it is just so awesome! Love all the social events and many more things! Yeeeehaw!
I have lived here for a year now and it’s been absolutely amazing. The community is wonderful and the people that live here are very kind I say it’s like living in pleasantville. It’s very quiet and very dog friendly. Gym and parks and trails are fun! They hold gathering and do special events and food for us residents the office people care a lot about us! We have lived here going on 3 years and we have had an excellent experience! Staff is attentive, with plenty of events, and maintenance is quick and efficient. Also, shout out to Sharon in accounting for being so personable and caring to us when we needed to resolve an issue. She is definitely a source of consistency and professionalism.
Just wanted to give a wonderful review to Alex ioannides...She was very Informative and knew her stuff I will definitely be leasing at this apartment complex because of her and how much I see that this staff really cares
Signed sight unseen. They put me in a old run down building that they don’t picture on the website. Won’t refund my money.
They "extended" their office hours, but can't seem to find anyone to answer the phone when I am calling during office hours. Moved here in 2016, everything was great at first, but each year management is getting worse and worse. Amber Jones was no help at all. She told me she would transfer me to a manager, all she did was send me to a voicemail. At the very least give me a heads up that the manager is not there and that I would have to leave a voicemail.
