The place is nice while you are there, but after move out the office tried to gouge my roommate and I out of nearly a thousand dollars. We always paid our rent on time, never caused any issues, and then they try to squeeze every dime out of us as soon as we leave. I am very disappointed.
Austin Ranch is an awesome apartment community! It has a very family, homey feel with a lot of younger adults residing there. The community has so many different amenities and events going on constantly. There is retail right on sight! Very clean and kept up with. I recommend 100%! Also, Sharon in billing is THE best �
I love living here, but god help you if you hve to deal with the "upstairs" mnagement type people who are supposed to be running the show. The leasing agents downstairs and the mintenance guys are great.
I have been here over 8 years. That is a long time to spend in a single apartment. I have had some good neighbors, some really great neighbors, and some truly strange ones as well. The workers here are very good. I had my water heater break one Saturday evening. That afternoon they were here to shut the water off and set me up in a temp apartment for the day it took to get a new bought and placed. The resident events are fun.
